-The communication btwn AutoGuru and the place I got the service done was none acceptable, I use your services for a 50k service as selected on your website, the service done as specify by the mechanical place was a minor service, they had no idea it was a 50k service, so not all required task for 50k service was done. -The monitors and panels of my car was not updated as needed so the car was still showing it needed a service. -The customer service and interaction with the mechanical place was disappointed, attention to detail and communication was terrible, (I have rate them 0 on google) Auto Guru was recommended to me as good service and that Auto Guru deal w/professional, it has being my experience the opposite. Please contact me to understand if you would like to provide any kind of solution to the "Complete Service"that didnt got done to my car, I must specify I am not taking my car back to the place it was book at they were very unprofessional.
