The service was fine. I had to call to see if my car was finished which was a little annoying plus didn’t get a vacuum as stated and also they added stickers to my car without consent.

Thank you for taking the time to review our workshop. We do call all customers once the vehicle has been road tested and paperwork completed however some days when we have a heavy workload contacting each customer can take a little longer. We apologise you had to call us first. In 15 years of owing the workshop we have never had feedback that adding a sticker would cause concern to our customers but I appreciate you pointing this out. As far as the vehicle vacuum I will need to follow up with out workshop manager but I do believe vacuum bags had been ordered and had not arrived.
