I was booked in for a service and rego inspection. The car was dropped off at 8:15 am and was available for pick up at 3:00 pm. When we picked up the car, there were a few warning lights on the dashboard and the car felt really jerky to drive. We then brought the car back, and the mechanic cleared the error codes and rectified the issues. The work was carried out in a timely manner - even though there was a slight delay due to supplier issues. However, I am not satisfied with the condition of the car when we picked it up. If they missed the obvious error codes on the dashboard, what else did they miss? I understand that days can get busy, and things do get missed but I have never experienced similar issues with another service provider. Granted, the error codes and the other issues were fixed in the end, but the problems should not have been there in the first place. I will now consider other service providers as I don't think Midas Rouse Hill is thorough enough. ... view more
