If you booked through AutoGuru and your booking has been confirmed, you can reschedule to a new date or time. Simply click the 'manage my booking' link on your booking conformation email. If you’ve booked with a workshop, the service provider will usually require your vehicle for the entire day due to scheduling. If you’ve booked with a mobile provider, you will only be without your vehicle for the time it takes to complete the job. Find out more

Whole process was simple and straight forward. Booking was made two days earlier for a log book service at an agreed price. A few clarifying questions were asked at drop off, to determine whether there was any other issues to be looked at. An indicative likely finish time was given, and I duly received a text message saying the job was complete at that time. Work was undertaken as discussed, a comprehensive written report was provided, and a couple of potential future issues were highlighted at the time of pick up.
