I was not happy with the customer service that I received at all from Vehicool. I turned up at the workshop to pick up my vehicle which I had already played for with zipPay and they charged me an extra $400 on top of the over $400 I had initially played. I had asked for all the fluids to be changed which was done but No one rang me to inform me of how much the exact extra cost would be. Very unimpressed and all the mechanic could say was...oh sorry mate...mechanics should always provide a full up to date accurate quote to their customers before the vehicle is picked up. $400 on top of the normal quote without being notified is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this service centre and my car no longer runs as smoothly as it used to either, it feels blocked up and a bit sluggish. ... view more

You tried to rip off a small business, you failed & now it's us that is in the wrong? We have the email of all the extras you requested, this was confirmed when you dropped the vehicle off & the bill explained when you picked up your vehicle & yet you tried to leave without paying assuring us that you had already paid for it all via zip pay.
