AutoGuru Leadership Expands with Two Industry Leaders

We’re pleased to announce two new appointments to the AutoGuru leadership team: Yolande McLean has joined as General Manager of Partner Enablement, and Jared Campbell takes on the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Both bring significant experience from the fleet industry, marking a practical step forward in our ongoing effort to better serve Fleet Management Companies and their customers.

Meet Jared Campbell—Australia’s Fleet Guru

With more than 20 years of fleet management experience across Australia and New Zealand, Jared Campbell brings a well-rounded and practical perspective to the industry. He has worked closely with fleet managers from major organisations, including Telstra, BHP, Orica, Toll, and Downer, gaining firsthand insight into the evolving needs and challenges of large-scale fleet operations. Jared’s long-standing focus on smarter, more connected systems has made him a trusted figure in the sector, so much so that many already have him saved as “Fleet Guru” in their phone contacts.

Throughout his career, Jared has consistently looked for smarter, more efficient ways to approach fleet management. He has been an early advocate for technologies such as cloud-based systems and digital asset management, often exploring new solutions before they became widely adopted. More recently, he’s been exploring the role of AI in making fleet operations more responsive and informed.

Rather than waiting for the industry to catch up, Jared has actively contributed to its progression, focusing on practical innovation that delivers real results. Now, as digital platforms like FleetGuru begin to reshape how maintenance is managed, Jared sees a valuable opportunity to help fleets operate with more speed, clarity, and long-term resilience.

Meet Yolande McLean—A Holistic Fleet Perspective

Yolande McLean brings a multifaceted understanding of fleet management, with a career spanning dealership sales and service, fleet management, compliance, and operational transformation. Her experience is truly unique, having managed fleets ranging from 400 to 35,000 vehicles, she has sat in every seat of the fleet ecosystem.

Her perspective is rooted in real-world experience, recognising that fleet frustrations are universal. It was this understanding that drew her to our platform. As she puts it, "FleetGuru is like taking Panadol intravenously, the headache disappears, even the ones you hadn’t really felt yet."

With a strong background in process improvement and system integration, Yolande will focus on building stronger relationships with our partners and ensuring that our platform delivers real-world outcomes in terms of efficiency, compliance, and usability.
