I had a very positive experience with this car servicing professional. He arrived exactly on time and carried out the servicing in a highly professional manner. The work was completed efficiently without compromising on quality. We had requested that the car be ready before 2:30 PM due to personal travel plans, and he was very responsible in making sure everything was completed on time. This attention to customer needs was greatly appreciated. As part of the service, he also checked the ECU and reviewed the vehicle’s performance as a complementary add-on. He honestly reassured us that the car is in very good condition and does not require any major repairs at this stage. What stood out the most was his transparency and honesty. While two major service chains had previously advised us to replace all brake pads, he physically showed us the condition and recommended replacing only one specific brake pad. This kind of integrity builds a lot of trust. He provided a proper invoice, communicated clearly and respectfully throughout, and left everything in order. Overall, it was a smooth and trustworthy experience. I would highly recommend his services to others and would definitely choose him again for future car servicing.
