mycar Tyre & Auto Springfield Central

The Logbook Service - 195000 kms / 156 months base price provided of $584.30 was not honoured by mycar Tyre & Auto Springfield Centre. The used base price in the invoice was $628.20 which is a $43.90 difference. I questioned mycar about the price difference after I’ve paid the invoice and after double checking the price. I was told the price providedwas incorrect and nothing was done to rectify the issue. I was simply told that the log service is not that cheap and the price is as per their system. Not very happy with the dismissive mycar customer service.
