Transtate Tyre and Suspension Services Belconnen

I booked a wheel alignment for 2:00 pm. When I dropped my car off, the staff member advised me that it would take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to complete and took my contact number. As I had other appointments scheduled that day, I planned around the timeframe I was given. However, when I returned at around 3:30 pm, I found that my car had not even been worked on. When I asked about it, I was told that they had not had a chance to do it. What was particularly disappointing was that no one contacted me to let me know about the delay. As a result, I had to wait another 30–45 minutes for the wheel alignment to be completed, which meant I had to cancel my other appointments. There was also no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Overall, I found the communication and customer service very disappointing. If there was going to be a significant delay, I should have been informed so I could make alternative arrangements.
