G&H Automobile

My car repair was delayed over 4 hours due to problems with ordering and/or receiving the wrong parts. After leaving this review, the owner has decided to harass me on my private number and ask me to reconsider my rating. Firstly, the supplier you choose will naturally reflect on your business, my experience was awful regardless of who's fault it "technically" was. For all I know I could be being lied to. Secondly, I am well within my right to leave a review detailing my experience. I would expect that any professional business would respect that and not take the phone number I was required to give them for my service to harass me on a personal number. For any future customers, acknowledge that this is a risk you are taking.
