• I was not provided with a tax invoice. • I had agreed to a higher-grade tyre, but they installed a lower-grade tyre without informing me or obtaining my approval. • The advertisement included a complimentary car vacuum and diagnostic check, but these services were not provided. • The wheel alignment was not properly completed. Despite the alignment not passing, they returned the vehicle to me without properly resolving the issue. • Overall, I felt the service was not carried out as agreed and the communication was very poor. Very disappointing experience. I would advise others to be cautious.
