Sorry guys, you earned my first bad review after a decade, and I have serviced my car at a few different places. Please remove the car wash, car vacuum and other stuff if you are not going to do it, this is misleading for customers. I found my windshield washer half full after the service too, all fluids checked and topped up is standard for all logbook servicing. I don't care that much about car vac and wash, these are not safety-related. But when you skip a few service items, then it adds up, and you start to question what else is skipped in the logbook servicing??? Emailed the store, no response. Called later, the guy apologised for it, and then that's it. You have burned another local customer, thanks You will hear from me again if I find out there are other issues or service items skipped
