We didnt get the logbook service report but in the invoice it states it is included. They has promised to mail it and never sent it. They wanted to charge us for scanning which is included (was not done ay the end). They verbally communicated what fixes the car needs, but I called them twice to get the report, my husband came back to ask for it. Again, excuses (computer Is malfunctioning), verbal explanation but no report since the 5th Aut (almost 1 month). They might think that if they hold the report we will need to come back with them for the work, because without the report it makes it harder for us to get different quotes. No thank you! Very unprofesional service, dont waste your money.
