Quite disappointed. Free vacuum was part of the perks which was one of the reason I booked but when asked why it wasn’t vacuumed upon collection, it was conveyed that their vacuum is broken. Additionally, they didn’t even reset the service history on my dashboard of the vehicle. Furthermore, the service was supposed to be $393 but when I paid in store, the deduction on my card was $399 and when I asked about it, they said it’s cause of transaction fee. This should’ve been disclosed prior to me paying. Safe to say, won’t be booking with them.
