Terrible communication and bait-and-switch pricing. I booked and paid for my service through here, assuming the cost was fully sorted. Instead, I was hit with unexpected extra charges at pick-up with absolutely zero prior warning, communication, or approval. When I asked about the extra fees, the staff member handing back my keys was incredibly rude and refused to explain what the charges were even for. Instead of being helpful, they dismissively told me to "just pay" and claimed I should book over the phone next time because their "online pricing might be wrong." If you want transparent pricing and basic respect as a customer, save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else.
