We prepaid for our car to be serviced and was then advised we needed to pay an additional $197 as our mileage was greater than the original fee. It works out we are now ahead of our services by 10km as per the log book requirements which was highlighted to me after I paid!! Common sense should have prevailed here and why were we not presented the cheaper car service option, which again I was told of after we paid. But no, the new owner wants to make a buck out of us!! Never going back after being a loyal customer for many years.
