The team were friendly and helpful, and did what they said they'd do. Communication was clear, and they gave me a call to say my car would be ready later than the original estimate - it was only twenty minutes, well within what I'd expect without a call but it was great to be kept informed. The car is already driving better even before following their recommendation. They've given me good advice for my next service and were really helpful with a price guide for new tyres but with absolutely no pressure. I will be back to get those tyres soon!
