I recently brought my 2015 Holden Cruze into Cessnock Holden City for service and repairs. I cannot recommend James and the rest of the team highly enough. They did a fantastic job with the maintenance and necessary repairs on my vehicle. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by James. He went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, even calling me afterwards to make sure I had arrived home safely. It is rare to find this level of genuine care and professionalism, and I am very grateful for his thoughtfulness.
