The mechanic who worked on my car disconnected my dash cam and did not reconnect it afterwards. Because of this, I did not have any dash cam video evidence of a traffic incident I witnessed a few hours later. When I rang the next day to complain, this woman named Toni who took my call sounded dismissive and seemed to imply that this was not a serious matter.
