Took many days too long to fix the car. Booked for alternator and they didn’t come with one. Guess they think customers are morons and don’t know how to work out what’s wrong with the vehicle. Meant I was without my car for more time, missed shifts and just cost more than just time. Disappointed as this could have been a phone call first to confirm everything. Overall the work was done eventually and he did a good job. Just think processes and policies can always be better.
