Called out to diagnose what I thought was a front brake and rotor issue on my 2016 VW Polo. Turned out to be an ABS and traction control fault completely different problem to what I'd booked for. Despite coming prepared with parts for a bigger job, he was upfront and honest about what the actual issue was rather than just doing unnecessary brake work and charging me full price. Came down on price when asked and explained the minimum call-out rate clearly. Didn't try to upsell or invent extra problems, which I appreciated. Overall honest tradesman who did right by me in a situation where he easily could have taken advantage. Would use again for general mechanical work. Thanks mate.
