They lied about having dirty air filter and cabin filter. Firstly my air filter had just been replaced, only 2 months old with less than 1400 km city driving. No dirt road driving. Secondary they removed cabin air filter, as l didn't wish them to change the filter. They left the original filter out the car. I was became aware of this as when I checked their work.
