Absolutely DO NOT BOOK with NWG Horrid experience - am actually still waiting for my job to be completed. They sent the job to the wrong area and didn’t check the postcode and details and then have avoided all my calls and emails. They sent me an invoice but it didn’t match what I’ve paid - I’ve emailed accounts 3 times to get the invoice corrected and no still no reply. I’ve called and asked to speak with a manager 3 times and every time - ‘this isn’t possible, they are busy’ and with no call back. They promised 3-4 business days to complete and it’s now been 8 days since the booking was made. I chose them as they were going to be 2 days faster than Obrien … but because of their mistakes - it’s now taking over 8 business days. I live rurally and am pregnant and have been without a car now for over a week and this has caused so much stress to my life and I am still yet to hear from anyone in the company about correcting the issue or to even be reimbursed for the mistake. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - they are okay taking your money but when it comes to getting the job done, they disappear!
