mycar Tyre & Auto Seven Hills

I went for a logbook service at MyCar Tyre and Auto, but I doubt they actually carried out the required work. They were supposed to complete the manufacturer-specified checks and replacements, such as engine oil and filter changes, comprehensive fluid top-ups, brake and tyre inspections, and a battery health check. However, it seems like they only did a few of the items on the list I mentioned. On top of that, they even recommended that I change my tyres, even though they were not worn out. I knew something was fishy, especially since they sell tyres at their shop, which made the recommendation feel more like a sales push than a genuine safety concern. A week after the service, my battery completely died, and I had to call NRMA roadside assistance. The technician showed me that the battery cell had totally failed. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time and money getting a logbook service at that place.
