I purchased my car 8 months ago and I never had any issues with it. I have decided to service it. I had a service on 13 April 2021 at Grittner Motors in Proserpine. This is the worst service I have ever had. They replaced the timing belt, fuel filter, air filter, spark plug.. and charged me $1200 for it. A week later, on 21st April, my car broke down in the middle of the road, I had to call RACQ and my car was towed to Nissan where they told me nothing was wrong. On the 30th of April, whilst I was driving my car went into limp mode and the engine light came on. I had to call RACQ again and took it back to Grittner motors. Once again, they said nothing was wrong with the car and they couldn’t diagnose the fault.
I took my car to another mechanic, not only they find the issue within an hour but they also repaired my car in the afternoon.
I am absolutely appalled about the service and do not recommend Grittner's motors at all...
