I had to chase the workshop, and my car was not serviced. They phone and reschedule for 2 weeks, hopefully my warranty is not voided.
Sorry Karen, I tore my achilles, which meant I was not able to get all the work we had booked in done. I could have booked your car in sooner, but you needed a monday and that was the first one we had available. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Kevin, the Manager, is a nice guy, he rang me after he checked out my car and told me that he could keep the cost of replacing my muffler for under $500, which was good. He's polite, helpful and easy to deal with, I will probably go back there after Christmas, to get a Service done. I was also able to use their Loan car, which was nice also. I was able to pay with Afterpay, which was helpful also.
