Hi Maragret, Instead of leaving this review it would have been amazing if you could have replied back to our message with a couple of photos and availability to send our mobile service out on our next availability as I know the inconvenience it would have caused bringing the vehicle back to the workshop. I replied within 5 minutes of you sending us a Facebook message sincerely apologising as this isn't our normal standards and I as the owner wanted to rectify this as soon as possible. Last week was a very rainy week and it's very difficult to clean window due to the moisture in the air. We try really hard to have them perfect however as the back window doesn't have the air-conditioning directly on the glass, sometimes smudges re appear the following days due to the moisture. I was also made aware your vehicle had pet hair that needed removal, this is normally a $50-70 surcharge that we didn't charge you. We do not rush our work we strive for a high end finish every time, once again I sincerely apologise your vehicle wasn't to our normal high standards. My staff also walked around the vehicle with you and your husband when the vehicle was picked up and you both where happy with the job at the time. I do however know some things aren't noticed until after sitting in the vehicle which is why we say if you need anything touched up please let us know.
