Hi Dan Thank you for your feedback. We’re concerned to hear that you believe the vehicle was not properly raised or inspected. We do need to clarify that these statements are incorrect. In order to complete the oil change and replace the oil filter, the vehicle was jacked up—this step is essential to access those components. During the service we also inspected the brakes and tyres, and advised you that the tyres were very worn and that the brake pads were getting low and may require replacement in the near future. The tyres were in fact replaced later that same day. Your property has CCTV footage showing that the vehicle was lifted and the service carried out correctly.
