When I requested a quote to replace the radiator in the ASX, I expected a quote to cover what I requested fully, and after providing details of the car, an accurate quote from a company that knew what they were doing. They underquoted the job. You expect the upsell with mechanics finding other things that need fixing. They called us with a list and didn't push us to do the other things. We agreed to do the thermostat as an extra. Overall they had the car for a week, when we questioned the additional expense, admitted the radiator was more expensive than they thought and that they spent more time on the car than they thought. He said all quotes are just a rough price. But on the upside, car fixed

Service result seems great, but the communication was a let down. Took two days rather than one adding extra pressures to my timeline.

I’ve never dealt with a company that is as untrustworthy as they are. I don’t like to leave poor reviews but if this saves at least one other person from being ripped off then that’s why I’m willing to give this review. I went to get my air conditioner re-gassed and was told it had no leaks and just ran out of gas, it was blowing cold for 24hrs then started blowing warm again. I took it back and was told it must have blown a hose in the 24hrs after I picked it up. Yeah, no worries mate. They wanted to repair it for approx $400-500 then he’d give me a ‘discount’ to refill the gas so another $150. L
I wouldn’t be surprised if they caused the hose to do that so they could get more money off me. My daughter got her car serviced and was told what else she needed to get a RWC, it included new spark plugs and turns out the plugs were fine and too good a condition to replace yet? 
They told me they had tyres in stock then asked me for a $100 deposit so he could order them in and in case I didn’t come back to have the 4 tyres replaced? The list of dishonesty and disrespect goes on….
Stay away potential customers & any current customers that use this company for car repairs I suggest you look into what they tell you by getting a second opinion elsewhere and you will be disgusted when you realise how poorly they conduct business and the total disrespect they have for people wanting to pay for what they need but get fees lies in order to get as much money out of you…. Greedy and its poor form I don’t know how you still operate a business and is that the whole reason for the name change? Who knows but everyone be aware of their scams.
