He didn’t get car washed. Said because it was last minute so didn’t get time to get it washed. Really disappointing. There was an issue with the transmission of the car and said I didn’t tell him about it. He is the mechanic, how would I know that there is an issue with the car. Now I have to take the car to Ford. Least he could do was get the car washed and be nice to customers.

Hi Rekhansh, I think if you remember right, I called you regarding your issue with your car not driving well, and you said you knew about it and forgot to tell me about it. I had a request for a service and didn't know there was an issue as the car actually stalled on me hence why I called you. I then suggested you call Ford to have this issue resolved as there is a recall on these cars. As for washing the car, I could not risk driving the car round to the back and have it stall on me. I mentioned this to you and you where ok with it. Willing to help the best way I can moving forward if you have any issues. Thank you.
