5000 km service for BYD Atto in Cairns. Took day off work and made special trip down from Mareeba. The Workshop was understaffed. Did not hook up to the computer as they stated BYD was running updates on the machine and it would not work "bricked". Still stamped my service without a computer. Asked for a call back to sort and they did not call me back. Very unhappy.
