Overall my experience was positive. The only negative was  the time we had to wait for an air conditioning technician to arrive to regas my car’s air conditioning.

Never got a reply back to me or a call very bad service.

The tint itself is really great and much better then previous experience. Although I did initially ask for 15% and I wasn’t told until after it had been done that he didn’t carry 15%. So he put on 35% on front and 20% on back which is not what I wanted. If I had of known this before he installed the tint ,I would have gone elsewhere as I was persistent on wanting 15% all round. I also have the conversation of asking for 15% all round and he said no problem.

$110 extra was charged for spark plug replacement.

Go elsewhere, I actually regret not being able to wait to get into another supplier. Where you will get excellent customer service and a good explanation of the job.
Ultra Tune Emerald was not an experience I want to repeat. They also need to employ someone to man the phone, preferably someone with people skills.

The garage is owned by really nice guys, very professional and the job was done as described and quoted. I’m delighted with their service - I couldn't fault them!

After our car was serviced from ultra tune the Disiel filter was not put back in and our car was leaking disiel everywhere. Not impressed one bit as we didn’t pick it up and kept driving it would of done more harm then good!
