Was put off by those, "Mobile Mechanics" who overcharge for things you don't need and was looking for a local mechanic who is honest and reliable and charges a reasonable price for the work that they do. After reading the reviews, Gepps Cross Autocare stood out from the rest. Dom's work was fast and efficient at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend it.

I sent in my van for pinion seal replacement & my van has come back worse than when it went in. I had another mechanic rectify their mistake that they are taking no responsibility for, I would not recommend this store.

First time at MGA and will definitely go back. A professional service all round. Diagnosed a few issues and quoted fair pricing to get them fixed. The service itself was great and they washed my car and detailed the tyres! Definitely give them a try, you won't regret it.

Staff were not given full information I gave another staff member to be able to fixed my car on first attempt. My car had to be looked at twice wasting my time & my money as well as wasting their other staff members time. I will not using your service again.

Very helpful and the job was done in a timely manner.

Asked for a full car service and to fix noises. Yes, the workman fixed my engine leaks but my brakes are stuffed. When I asked about brakes workman said they were fine. My car is getting fixed again by another mechanic. The duty of care was not given. His job was to tell me about brake pads, that's what a car service is for.

Was great as they fitted me in just before Xmas break.

I'll be goin back there again, good service,  good deals.

Everyone was very helpful and the transaction went very smoothly. Car is running better than ever.

Had a fantastic experience. The bloke who came out was great to deal with.

Fitter arrived on time, was very professional and the job was completed in just over 1hr. Extremely price competitive, in fact 1/2 the price I had been quoted by another supplier. Also same glass windscreens as used by them as well.

Great response and service, quick and easy on time, came to me at home. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

The glass replacement was applied in the manner that was expected. However, the rear vision mirror could not be fixed due to cold weather. The explanation of how to put it back on for an older woman sounded simple when in fact it was complicated. A friend came to help and we then had to go to Auto Barn to get help and purchase glue to stick the mirror back onto the glass.

Took my car in for a logbook service they did the bare minimum. Never had a problem with my car and after this service, I’m now having to pay another $400 elsewhere to fix my car. They want to charge me an extra $200 on top of the $360 I already paid for them to do half the required service. They are out in the industrial part of Cairns with zero public transport and no way to get home and they were only happy to have me waiting on the footpath for the day. Had me booked in for 8:30 am assured me I would have my car back by 12 lunchtime. Didn’t get it back until almost 2 pm and stuffed around school pickup. Would not recommend it at all it’s costing us more than it should in fixing my car now.

Charged me for things that are not even relevant to the service, like checking ID the rego is up to date. However that’s not the worse part, last time I took it they told me the timing belt needed to be changed to stop a squeaky noise the car keeps making, they changed the belt, still with the noise so they told me that they can't find a reason for the noise other than to change the alternator and that was $400. Even though when they checked the battery the alternator is doing it’s job. Very disappointed with the service and how they were trying to take advantage of me, not going back and definitely telling people to never go there or any Midas.
