Hey Zach, Firstly we are a very busy workshop, and with the Easter rush as well, parking can be tight throughout these periods. Secondly, as for pushing your service back, We offered a time slot which you accepted. Thirdly, your car had multiple faults that we did check (at no extra charge) and we spoke about the importance of your alternator not charging your battery, which I quoted for the replacement and offered to carry out the repairs straight away which you declined. I am sorry your car broke down but you were completely aware of the issues and decided to drive away so I can’t understand the review and honestly believe it is completely unfair. Thank you and good luck finding a new mechanic.
