Alan was courteous and friendly and did an absolutely fantastic good with my car - the paintwork felt so soft and smooth - the interior was immaculate - in fact, the whole car looked pretty much like it did,  the day it rolled off the production line in 2010. I will definitely be using Supernatural in the future.

The detail package i got was great, adam did an amazing job on the car. Was surprised how great the car turned out especially realizing how bad of condition the car was till adam sorted me out. Terrific job and terrific people to deal with. Adam went far and beyond to get the car to where it's at, would highly recommend to anyone to go to the supernatural.

Infinity Armour/Supernatural Auto Detailing did my paint protection on my repainted ‘09 XR6 Falcon and I am amazed at the effort and care into my Ute. Alan put in such an above and beyond job, putting extra work into my car. Knowing that you guys did little extras for me because you knew I was sick in hospital shows your customer service level is through the roof, so I am so appreciative. From the first chat, the customer service was amazing leading me to book then and there, and then correspondence from Dawn and Corey while I was in hospital was ever so helpful. To then have Corey pop out to take a look at a few things for me because I wasn’t involved in the pickup, cannot fault you guys at all and will be recommending :)

Tyre cleaning and gloss was excellent. Very impressed. Highly recommend. 
The Max interior was satisfactory. The car was clean inside. The vacuuming could have been better and more fine detail in cleaning under the seats would have been better. When Booking it was said to take 2:40mins. The detailer was there for 2 hours. Could have done more to make it more pristine inside. But overall a satisfactory detail.
Note: Supernatural detailing was in touch after reading my review and I have increased their rating as their customer service is very impressive. Offered to come back immediately and fix up any issues.
