To avoid delaying you further, we offered two solutions on the spot: • remove the faulty part, take it to our workshop, press the new bushes, and return the same day to reinstall it; or • reschedule the job with the correct equipment. These options were offered because we wanted the job done properly and safely, not rushed or done with the wrong tools.
