My car repair was handled in a very professional manner. I was contacted to explain the options available. Had a fast efficient same-day service.

We used this garage one year ago.  Last year, they texted us a video of the underside of the vehicle pointing out parts that needed replacing, etc.  In their invoice, they gave estimates of the costs of doing this work and some idea of how vital the repair was. This year, the bill had some comments, like the rear brakes low, the valve cover gaskett starting to leak but no mention of approximate cost, urgency of repair, etc.  This lack of detail probably means that I'll choose to deal with another garage in the future.

Booked in for a service early Saturday morning. The workshop failed to advise of an urgent job the mechanic was attending and left me waiting for over an hour. No notice was provided or updates on the situation.

The workmanship on my vehicle was terrible. I was given a 2nd hand battery which was supposedly classed as new, I never received an invoice for this battery costing me $180. That battery is completely dead. They charged $100 for cleaning the throttle. A zip tie was used to hold the connecting wire that should have been connected from the battery to the alternator. I would never recommend anyone to NKA Automotive.

I made an appointment for car maintenance, but upon arrival, the parts were not ready, so I had to wait for about two hours before the service could be completed. Although the maintenance cost was low, I was not satisfied because they scheduled the appointment without having the parts ready, wasting my time.

I found the whole experience really great. I dropped off my car and was kept updated on what was required and again when ready to pick up. The price was very fair and my car feels and drives noticeably better. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The mechanic was quick to help me with the car service, but that's all that was done. There was no basic(courtesy) cleaning/washing of the car done from outside or inside. They also said I will have a digital copy of the tasks performed in the service sent over an email but haven't received that, and it's been almost a week since the servicing was done.

The whole experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend them.

Customer service was excellent. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. They asked when I would like the car back and I said by lunch would be great.  They managed to get it done by 11:30am.  When I picked up the car, she explained how the service went in simple terms so I could actually understand, gave mention to a few things that would be good at getting done at my next service and was not pushy at all.  Very happy and will definitely be returning!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Pricing was really good and they have different payment options which make getting your car fixed affordable. Highly recommend.

We took a new work vehicle to Ultra Tune Albion Park for 135,000 km service and a detailed inspection. Very satisfied with the service and inspection report, it was honest, and accurate, as quoted. Will be taking the car fleet to Ultra Tune Albion Park for yearly service from now on.

I booked BCS Workshop because they provide car vacuum and washing. BCS Workshop wasn't able to do the washing as it was raining. Servicing went well. The person from the other end was friendly and courteous, offering me the option to come back for a car wash.

BCS Workshop has horrible professionalism, lied about my car, stuffed my car and made it not start, and tried making me pay extra. I will never ever go back to them.

Very good service. I needed the car back by 12 and the guys managed to finish the job before the designated time.

Repairs were arranged quickly, and a loan car made life much easier for the few days while they were carried out. The team were courteous, professional, and beyond helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
