Hi Simon, I understand your frustration but let me clarify something. Firtstly when we test drive your vehicle on the service date, the transmission shudder from 1st gear to 2nd gear was occurring already. Secondly your 2009 BMW X3 came in with a lot of warning lights (including check engine lights, VSC and etc) before the service. Thirdly your service is overdue by 3 years and 29,000 kms(last service was carried out on 2023). Lastly we also spent about 2 hours to diagnostic your BMW and show your the issue on the second day without any charging. We also suggest you to see BM Wise and Dealership for advice and you refuse to do so and leave 1 star review. I hope it is just a coincidence not something else. Please seek some advise from other workshops and see will a basic service cause your transmission shudder. If the answer is yes, Okay leave this 1 star review here.
