I would have rated your service as excellent, but I had to bring my wife's car in for repairs and maintenance. My disappointment stems from the fact that I had to spend a considerable amount on brake disc replacements. This could have been avoided if the initial service had thoroughly checked the brakes, preventing the damage that I had previously pointed out and complained about. During that initial service, the person who returned the keys assured me that the issue would be resolved during the next service. However, on my most recent visit, the situation had worsened, resulting in damage to the brake drum and additional expenses for me. My concern is what would have happened if I didn't have the financial means to cover these unexpected costs and if I hadn't voiced my concerns earlier. Despite these issues, I still love your work.

Everything went to plan and they even drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. Excellent service and everything was explained to me.

It is a busy place but they cover all types of work on vehicles. They work six days a week and are open on sunday for a few hours so customers can drop off their vehicles to be worked on, on Monday. My job was completed successfully for a price that was cheaper than other quotes from other suppliers. Would go back to these guys for any future repairs if needed.
