The workshop opened 10 minutes late. They didn't fill in my log book, left dirty fingerprints on the quarter panels, and appear to have left lots of small scratches on the quarter panel with either a belt or buttons from someone leaning into the engine bay. Very disappointing.

Did the re-gas, but put extra stuff like coolant in that I didn’t ask for, then got aggressive with me when I asked why they wanted me to pay for extras, I'm not great with aggression so it kind of freaked me out.

Great Job. Professional service from start to finish. Car was even ready ahead of time. As the 5 star rating suggests, everything was excellent. Would, and will, recommend to others.
