Good points. Cleaned vehicle. Customer drop off offered. Easy booking. Good communication regarding extra items. 

Improvement possibilities. Put up dash shade for midday heat (I will make it obvious), engine oil fill bit too high, better to have correct or a little low. More explicit arranging of customer pickup.

I liked the way it was so easy to book the car service online, with great clarity on costs and details of service according to logbook specifications. They were very responsive to my specific requests and took time to explain things that I wasn't aware about. Special touches eg (washing my car to a gleaming sunshine yellow and vacuuming the driver and passenger areas so perfectly) truly was appreciated.
