Advanced Motorsports has been incredibly helpful with 2 separate occasions so far, they are very professional and informative. I arrived at 07.30 and was gone by 09.30. The tyres were fitted efficiently without delay. Best of all I wasn’t subjected to any unnecessary stuff.

Very good, well informed regarding my car getting fixed.

Paid $400 and the car is still having the same issue the owner tried to blame me by saying “it was working fine and I’m not sure what this young lady has done while driving it”. Only talking to my partner and not looking at me even though it was my car.

I booked a regular  Service with Joe. Attended premises 8.00am and job completed in around two hours. Other minor work done as needed. Also advised to return for Radiator Flush. Budget-friendly and an efficient service. A happy customer. Thanks to Joe and his team.������

The team there is amazing. I was sent a video of the components of my vehicle which was great could I see what was happening. I advised them of what I was aware of and they acknowledged it. Being understaffed they finished my car before closing but I was unable to collect until morning and they were flexible about it. Having openpay available made my financial situation so much less stressful. Very happy with the experience.

I booked my car in for full service and air conditioning, I've been going to Big Wheel Tyre & Mechanical Repairs for 7 years. When you find a good mechanic, you stick to them, I've moved several times and still take my car there, they're trustworthy, honest and exceptionally good at the job, also, they will ring you before they do anything on your car.

I have been going to Big Wheel Tyre and Mechanical Repairs for almost 20yrs now and Joe and the team have always provided the best service and repairs for all my vehicles and the right advice - he and the team are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the quality of the work has been exemplary.

Transparency, also liked that they sent a link with a video showing what has been done to the car and any other maintenance recommendations, the car was running pretty well, no oil leaks after the service.

Horrible experience, didn’t fix problem.

Quick turnaround. Payment plans. Friendly and helpful staff. Use these guys for the Amarok, Mazda 3 and Holden Trax. Tyres always last minimum of 2 years with proper maintenance and scheduled wheel alignments.

Joe is quite nice and very upfront. The staff did an excellent job with my car, I was there for 2 days, one for the normal service and the other for the change of tyres. I would have given a 5 star but my only thing is the waiting period. I gather that they are busy on weekends (it took 4 hours), but same thing on weekdays, it took 2 hours to get my tyres done. Still happy with the services, but could improve on waiting time and parking. What a headache. Thank you guys!

Very bad experience, tried to rip me off by asking $399 for transmission fluid, which I got it changed for $15! Won’t recommend to anyone.

Roadrunner service my other car but I thought the puriel was too small for them to tackle? not so and they have been amazing at tracking a possible dangerous fuel issue!..so delighted with the results

Everything was great: the welcome, service and efficiency. The only aspect that could be improved is that the car smelt heavily of fumes (grease, fuel, etc.) afterwards. A bit more cleanliness perhaps?
