Thought shop is closed but they manage to open 15mins after my booking in the morning. Service is good and the some services are flexible.

Faced a problem right after the servicing day. I know that’s not on them. But they should’ve been able to identify this during the servicing because a car safety check is included in regular servicing but they failed to notice that my radiator was leaking.

Great customer service, great job and help with the car.

Master Mechanical are the masters. I am a single mum, so to have mechanics that I can trust is very important. Their quality of work is outstanding, and the attention to detail, from the second you walk into the reception, to driving out with your fixed, safe, reliable, and clean car is such a good feeling. (And, I love the air freshener! It’s their little rally car)

I was very happy with firstly the quote then the repair which was carried out on time and the detailed report by the mechanic who carried out the job right through to payment and pick up of my vehicle which was washed and cleaned inside and out.
