Overall it went well. The downside was having to take my car back to have work done that should have been done on the day of the service (it was all part of the scheduled service). Beyond the inconvenience this caused, it was the lack of communication, they didn't tell me about the work that wasn't done until I was there to pick up the car. Communication needs to be stepped up, as does organisation, that is ensuring they have or can get the parts required before accepting the job. All that was required here was for them to request for me to change the requested date to allow them time to get the parts, so all work could get done on the same day.

Cannot follow instructions. Was confirmed by phone that it was supposed to be a home pick-up for the car to be serviced the day after it was originally booked and they failed to show up. After making a phone call they blamed me for the stuff up after the phone confirmation. So unprofessional and seriously disappointing.
