I booked a service here as it was cheap, had the option to pickup/drop off my car and come with a free car wash. I needed the pickup/drop off option due to my working hours. At 8am I had a phone call to say the car was getting picked up, but I’d need to pick it up later. The mechanic said they were too busy with other cars and that I hadn’t booked it to be dropped off. Fortunately, I had proof to say otherwise. He then said I may have to wait around after my shift as it may not be finished (this would be 5hrs after pick up). Fortunately, it was later dropped off on time. The guy just gave me the keys and left without telling me about any issues. I found the invoice in my car with a large itemised list of “recommended” repairs but neither of them had a quote of price for these repairs. I will be getting a second opinion on the inspection (with quotes) as I feel this was a rushed job.
