Great communication and they don't play around they tell you what the problem is and how much it will cost.

Smooth and easy process. We were done in less than an hour. The guy who served us was really nice. Would definitely go back there in the future.

The person at the job had no idea I was coming or what service I was after. I dropped it off at 8am and was told it should be done by noon and that I would be called. I wasn't called and I had to reach. When I got there the person also didn't know I had already paid online.

I had selected this place since the reviews were better. But what happened was I had to change my rear brakes and rotor together. I went in the morning, they are aware that I came in for a rear-brakes change. The first question to them was whether the parts arrived. They said on the way. They had the whole day to sort this out. At only 4 pm, they called and said they brought the parts only coming at around just before 5pm. By then it was too late to fix it. I had to come back to collect the car. Made another appt 2 days later. They were apologetic and understood they caused a big inconvenience. Sent the car in the morning. They said the parts were there. So expected car to be ready before lunch-time. They finished only after lunchtime. Went to collect the car. They remain apologetic and kept on mentioning the supplier had brought the wrong parts again. Bad luck on me or not, It was a great to deal of inconvenience and they shouldn't be using unreliable suppliers to harm their business.

Great honest inspection. Such an open book.
