Quoted $380 then rang me back saying it’s $1800 for this and that, filters, brake pads etc. Said no. Took it to a friend who checked the parts they quoted. Not one thing on the $1800 quote needed fixing or replacing. Glad I just paid $380 and said NO to extras. It was unacceptable and should be reported. I’m writing a formal complaint. Ultra Tune franchises you overcharge. Bad Business.

Standard service fee ended up around $800 which is more expensive than anticipated. It is low km car but they insisted needed $200 battery and a number of other things replaced at 30,000km distance. Not the $250 mentioned.

They haven’t given me a copy of my summary or any paperwork upon picking up my car. Regardless if it was paid with Afterpay, the transaction should be final. Contacted the dealer twice and he said he will send the invoice/summary/receipt once the payment has gone through. Also had to chase up the status after I dropped my car in, as I hadn’t heard from them at the end of the day. Only to be told it wasn’t ready and wouldn't be until the next day. Which I can understand but would have been nice if they contacted me to let me know, instead of waiting all day and having to chase them up.

They were friendly, responsive, efficient and affordable. However, my car did not receive a car wash as it was stated to be included in the package! Minor detail. Overall good service!

Friendly and punctual servicemen but did not check error codes nor complete the work I specified in the booking request on both online and in-store. Had to re-book and pay a further $250 in works (after being quoted $90).
Will stick to Ford Service centres after this experience.
