Josh is not there to rip off females like a lot of mechanics do.  He was very insightful did the work that was required. He did not ring and say this is wrong, that is wrong, like the big car yards and other mechanics do. Very genuine and he gave me advice as well. Tyre balance and rotation were not done and said it didn't need but mentioned in the invoice as done. Just trying to get away with excuses.

Clearly explained front tyres are better than rear so it's not required. Front-wheel drive car. Expect me to do vacuum and wash like spotless. Also, I sent photos before and after as you wished. Asked me the loan car but I couldn't.

- I liked how they explained issues clearly

Con's: 
- Different receive any itemised documentation from them confirming the work they did
- They showed up at the wrong address 
- They sprayed silicone spray all over the steering wheel and dash and didn't clean it up 
- The mechanic hit his van on the curb, not exactly instilling confidence in me when they test drive my car after it's been serviced...
- They couldn't diagnose the ABS warning light with their scanner tool, although I gave them over a weeks notice of the booking and what car I had. No partial discount or alternative resolution was given
- I don't believe they can see all the same issues as a workshop mechanic with a hoist, so not sure I would use a mobile mechanic again

I would recommend Vince as he done a very well job on my car.

Called me on the day of pickup saying 2 mechanics were out sick so had to wait till the next day for them to pick up my car. Seems they were very busy so they had to have the car for a few days. Not much more to say as they did the job requested.
