I like the video of the inspection they sent before doing the work and I have not had this experience from other car service providers. I had brake pads replacement paid online but at the workshop, I was advised they normally do brakes and rotors, as well, with pad replacement which cost me extra. I think this is fair as I can see the rotors are a bit worn out. Hopefully, the replacement parts work well.

Was a prompt service from a friendly guy. Who did great job replacing the windscreen. Only one small issue is it leaves a streak mark while raining which wasn’t there before. Wondering the curvature of glass may be slightly different. All in all good experience.

Had a fantastic experience. The bloke who came out was great to deal with.

Great assistance from the manager with flat damaged tyre offsite.

Fitter arrived on time, was very professional and the job was completed in just over 1hr. Extremely price competitive, in fact 1/2 the price I had been quoted by another supplier. Also same glass windscreens as used by them as well.

Really nice people, service was done as per the request, good communication and on time but the wheel alignment is worse than when I took it in.

The glass replacement was applied in the manner that was expected. However, the rear vision mirror could not be fixed due to cold weather. The explanation of how to put it back on for an older woman sounded simple when in fact it was complicated. A friend came to help and we then had to go to Auto Barn to get help and purchase glue to stick the mirror back onto the glass.

Excellent service. They called to get approval before they went ahead to replace my air filter and kept it to show me which was really appreciated.

I’ve found them to be really good to deal with and will give you a complete report of findings during the car service. Overall I’ve had good experiences with them.

My appt was for 9am, I returned at 11.45am as I was told my car would be ready by lunch. They only just started on my car at 11.45am. I didn’t get out until 12.30pm. Poor scheduling.

I won't be back. Was called to pick up my car as it was ready.  It wasn't. Wasn't listened to. They need a receptionist who is responsive to clients.

Many issues reported were not fixed but charged for. will not use your service again!

On time service, good customer service told me prices of any extras in case I couldn't afford to do it then...

mechanic also advised that the radiator may need work soon and that an engine bearer will soon need replacing.
