The workmanship on my vehicle was terrible. I was given a 2nd hand battery which was supposedly classed as new, I never received an invoice for this battery costing me $180. That battery is completely dead. They charged $100 for cleaning the throttle. A zip tie was used to hold the connecting wire that should have been connected from the battery to the alternator. I would never recommend anyone to NKA Automotive.

Great work at a great price. This would be a 5-star review however communication from NKA Automotive was very slow and I had to repeatedly try to contact them to arrange the work. I also did not receive an SMS or call confirming the work was complete and instead had to call them to find out. I will use them again, but I will also anticipate the same level of communication occurring next time.
